- Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in is not available, and there is no luggage room. For a morning event on your arrival day, book from the night before.
- If you will arrive after 10 PM, tell us in advance so your self check-in instructions reach you in time.

Know before you book
- There is no desk. The dining table works for a laptop.
- There is no power backup inside the flat. Backup covers the common areas and the lifts.
- Water: Backup tanks hold the flat's supply if the building supply is cut, and refill automatically. Bathrooms and showers run throughout. The kitchen tap is the only outlet that can pause until supply returns.
- House rules: no smoking, no parties, no visitors, registered guests only.
