Staying a month or more
A month in a hotel room is a month of eating out and sending your laundry somewhere. A month in an apartment is a month of cooking when you feel like it and running a wash on a Sunday.
There is no minimum stay. Book a single night if a night is what you need. From thirty nights the rate drops on its own when you enter your dates, with nothing to ask for and nobody to negotiate with.
29 apartments across Bandra West, Khar West and BKC, 200 to 1000 sq ft, run by one team. Stay in one long enough and it stops being a booking and starts being an address.
What changes at thirty nights
- The rate. A long stay rate applies automatically to stays of 30 nights or more. It appears when you enter your dates. You do not need to ask for it and there is nothing to negotiate.
- Nothing else. Same apartment, same self check-in, same team, same standard of cleaning. A long stay is not a different product.
The full rule sits in the guest terms, along with cancellation and payment. Extensions are subject to availability, so if you already know you are staying on, say so early.
What makes a month workable
A stay of one night and a stay of two months need different things from an apartment. These are in every one of ours, not a selected few.
- A kitchen you can actually cook in, in all 29.
- A washing machine, in all 29. Where it sits varies by apartment and the location is stated on each apartment page.
- Self check-in, so arriving at four in the morning is not a conversation you need to have with anyone.
- A real person on WhatsApp for the six weeks after you arrive, not only the day you do.
Where they are
Three neighbourhoods, and they are not interchangeable. Each page carries the road distances to the places people actually measure from.
