BKC is one of the few parts of Mumbai that was planned rather than grown around an older neighbourhood. Bank headquarters, the US Consulate, Jio World Centre and the NMACC all sit inside a compact business district, which makes it one of the city’s most important addresses for work, conferences and events.
We have fourteen studios in a single gated tower in BKC Annexe, on the Kurla West side. Each is 350 sq ft, with the same rooftop pool, gym and building security. Because they are identical, the stay is the same one every time. Book one for a work trip or six for a team and every guest has the same room. Come back next quarter and it is still that room.
One thing is worth knowing before you book. The postal address reads Kurla West, while the location is commonly described as BKC Annexe. Rather than rely on either name, the table below gives the actual road distance from the building to the places that matter: the consulate, the offices, Jio World Centre and the airport.
