House Oona has 14 studios in one gated building in BKC Annexe, 1.3 km from G Block and 2.2 km from Jio World Centre.
Every studio has a kitchen, a washing machine and self check-in. We raise GST invoices on request, and there is no minimum stay.
Before you book for work: the studios do not have a desk, and power backup does not cover the inside of the flat. Details are below.
Location and travel times
The building is in BKC Annexe, on the Kurla West side of the business district. Travel times by road:

What each studio has

- Free parking inside the building
- Security guards at the gate and the lobby, and CCTV in the common areas
- Access to the rooftop pool and gym at set hours, which are listed on each apartment page
- Housekeeping: complimentary every 4th day, chargeable in between
What the studios do not have
- There is no desk. The studios do not have a dedicated workspace.
- There is no power backup inside the flat. Backup covers the common areas and the lifts. During a power cut, the Wi-Fi router and the air conditioning stop until supply returns.
- The kitchen tap can pause during a water cut. Backup tanks keep the bathrooms and showers running.
- There is no front desk. Check-in is self check-in, and you can reach us on WhatsApp.
Billing and long stays
We raise a GST invoice on request after checkout, from Eliko Living LLP, with the billing details you give us.
There is no minimum stay. For 30 nights or more, the long stay rate applies automatically when you enter your dates.
A team can book several studios. Each one is booked for its own dates, and all 14 have the same layout.

Yes, on request after checkout. Ask us and we will raise it from Eliko Living LLP with your billing details.
Is there a desk in the studio?
No. The studios do not have a desk or a dedicated workspace.
Is there power backup?
Only for the common areas and the lifts. There is no backup inside the flat, so the Wi-Fi router and the air conditioning stop during a power cut until supply returns.
How fast is the Wi-Fi?
It is broadband. 30 Mbps is the speed we commit to.
Can a team book several studios?
Yes. All 14 studios have the same layout, so everyone gets the same room. Book each studio for its own dates.
Is there a minimum stay?
No. You can book a single night. For 30 nights or more, the long stay rate applies automatically when you enter your dates.
How often is the studio cleaned?
Housekeeping is complimentary every 4th day and chargeable in between.
