Your information
Privacy Policy
This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and
what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 17 September 2026.
1. Who we are
House Oona is run by Eliko Living LLP, Mumbai, India. We decide how the
information on this page is used.
Questions about your information go through the same channels as
everything else: WhatsApp or
[email protected].
For a serious privacy complaint only, write to
[email protected].
2. When you book
We collect your name, phone number, email address, stay dates and the
number of guests.
- We use it to run your booking: to confirm it, to send your
check-in details, and to contact you during the stay.
- Bookings are processed by our booking software provider,
whose booking form appears on our apartment pages.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store
your card, UPI or bank details.
- GST invoices are raised with the billing details you give us.
3. Guest registration
Every guest is registered before check-in, and a valid government ID
may be required. We use this for legal, safety and building compliance.
- Foreign guests are reported to the FRRO through Form C, as
the law requires.
- Only authorised employees of the company can see guest IDs,
and only to meet compliance requirements and fill in the forms we submit
to the local authorities.
- Your building's management may also need your details.
4. When you message us
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep the conversation so
we can answer you and look after your stay. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and
its own privacy terms apply to the app.
5. On this website
- Analytics. We use an analytics service to count visits and
to see which pages and buttons are used, for example the WhatsApp button
or Check dates. It sets cookies and records the pages you visit, your
device and browser, and your approximate location. The provider
processes this data for us. We do not use it to find out who you are,
and it is not linked to any advertising account.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider counts visits without cookies
and keeps the technical records any web server keeps.
- The booking form stores a few small items in your browser so
that a booking can be completed.
- Maps and videos come from Google Maps and YouTube, which may
set their own cookies. A video loads only when you press play.
- Checking dates sends only the apartment and the dates to our
availability service. It does not send your name.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
6. Who else sees it
Only the services named on this page, your building's management, the
authorities where the law requires it, and our own team. We do not sell your information, and we do
not share it for advertising.
7. How long we keep it
We keep booking records, ID records and messages in an archive for as
long as the authorities require us to.
